Job description

As a Demand Generation Specialist, you help us to grow business across Europe. In 2020 we raised funding enabling us to grow in several European markets. Up to the marketing team to fill the sales funnel with inbound leads and let Intigriti flourish. That’s why we are looking for an experienced Demand Generation Specialist to contribute to this growth.

Setting up, monitoring, and optimizing paid media campaigns is what you're all about. You are on top of the latest inbound marketing developments and running various experiments at the same time is your bread and butter. You have excellent analytical skills and know what is needed to improve the quality of our leads. Thanks to your evangelism your colleagues understand the need for good data even better and know how to collect and store this.


You get the unique opportunity to jump on board at a very exciting time. The marketing foundation is set and we’re now building the marketing team. You’ll report directly to the Marketing Manager and will work closely with the Sales team, CSM team, and the Content Marketer(s).


You’ll be part of a small but growing Ghent based marketing team and will be responsible for generating inbound leads.


Key Responsibilities as a Demand Generation Specialist

  • Own strategy, execution, and optimization of digital campaigns across multiple channels such as email, webinar, paid, social, search, and more to generate pipeline for our fast-paced sales teams in several European markets
  • Work cross-functionally to improve website optimizations, landing page development, paid campaigns, inbound and outbound marketing efforts, reporting, and more
  • Find creative ways to reach potential customers and be the secret sauce to our growth
  • Leverage marketing automation and lead management to streamline, automate, and measure all marketing workflows
  • Implement testing across channels to understand what works and what could be made more efficient
  • Create impactful nurture programs to improve conversion rates from leads to opportunities
  • Carry lead generation targets and report on progress against those targets on a consistent basis

Job requirements

Skills we are looking for:

  • Roughly 2-5 years of hands-on experience driving demand and scaling growth, ideally in a fast-growing software or technology organization
  • Background in Cyber Security is a huge plus
  • Proficiency in Google Adwords, Analytics, Data Studio, Linkedin Campaign Manager and demonstrated experience in B2B full-funnel measurability
  • Experience in account-based marketing practices
  • A self-starter with great communication skills who thrives in a collaborative environment
  • A data-driven person who dares to take calculated risks
  • Knowledge of HubSpot is a big plus
