(Junior) Digital Marketer

Job description

As a Junior Digital Marketer, you'll help us to grow business across Europe. In 2020 we raised funding enabling us to grow in several European markets. Up to the marketing team to fill the sales funnel with inbound leads and let Intigriti flourish. 

Setting up, monitoring, and optimizing paid media campaigns is what you're all about. You are on top of the latest inbound marketing developments and running various experiments at the same time is your bread and butter. You have excellent analytical skills and know what is needed to improve the quality of our leads. 


You get the unique opportunity to jump on board at a very exciting time. The marketing foundation is set, the team is growing quickly and we’re now sharpening our focus. You’ll report directly to our Campaign Manager & to the Head of Marketing and will work closely with the Sales team, CSM team, and the rest of the amazing Marketing team.


You’ll be part of a growing team and will be responsible for an exciting bundle of tasks. 


Key Responsibilities as a Junior Digital Marketer

  • Set-up, execution, and optimization of digital campaigns across multiple channels such as email, webinar, paid, social, search, and more to generate pipeline for our fast-paced sales teams in several markets
  • Work cross-functionally to improve website optimizations, landing page development, paid campaigns, inbound and outbound marketing efforts, reporting, keyword research, and more
  • Find creative ways together with the marketing team & sales team to reach potential customers and be the secret sauce to our growth
  • Leverage marketing automation and lead management to streamline, automate, and measure all marketing workflows
  • Implement testing across channels to understand what works and what could be made more efficient
  • Co-generate organic traffic through several (content) projects. Be a true community manager and work on:
    • Followers' engagement
    • Followers' growth

Job requirements

Skills we are looking for

  • Fluent/Native in English is a must (both written/speaking). Fluency in German and/or French is a big plus (ideally in writing)
  • Target/Data-driven self-starter who dares to take calculated risks
  • A firm understanding of SEO/SEA/SEM
  • Good understanding of the latest Organic & Paid channel trends
  • Creative idea-generator with great communication & collaborative skills
  • Knowledge of Hubspot or a similar tool & CRM tools (e.g. SalesForce)
  • Proficiency in Google Adwords/Analytics, Data Studio, Linkedin Campaign Manager, Facebook, Instagram, Youtube, Excel and demonstrated experience in B2B full-funnel measurability
  • Knowledge of design tools (f.e. Adobe CC)
  • Understanding & previous experience in marketing to international markets.
