Pentest Manager

Job description

As a Pentest Manager, you'll be initiating and managing and deploying crowdsourced hacker solutions tailored to our customers' needs. As a member of the community team, you will be working closely with the customer success team to ensure our existing hacker community is able to deliver value to our clients in ways that their needs and the best interest of the hacker community. You help us match the right researchers to the right programs and are continuously on the lookout for researchers' feedback to incorporate within our products or services.

You drive results and engagement through setting up community-powered pen test programs, from planning, scoping and researcher selection to qualitative result delivery, and come up with creative input and solutions to maximize value, e.g. through the means of creating campaigns, bonus weeks or events. Key Responsibilities as a Pentest Manager

Community-powered pen-testing

  • Perform scoping, follow-up and closing calls with customers
  • Providing an Intigriti letter of attestation after the test, tailored to the customers’ need
  • Picking a tester and planning the pen test
  • Make sure the tester has all information they need to perform the test
  • Following up on results
  • Performing pen test after-care for the researcher (following up with pay-outs, etc..)


  • Program architecture – help our customer success team approach onboarding from a technical perspective
  • Identify technical points of improvements for our existing clients’ programs
  • Survey the researchers about programs, platform experience and create actionable items from this input
  • Manage researcher incentive programs (swag store, bonus weeks,..)
  • Run PoC’s, select researchers for these PoC’s and follow up on results


  • Assist in the organization of live hacking events, physical and virtual

Job requirements

Skills we are looking for:

  • Outstanding interpersonal abilities, and strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Native in Dutch & fluent in English, both written and spoken
  • Bachelor’s degree or a combination of education and 5 years of experience
  • Stress resistant & you can keep a clear focus on the resolution in an incident-context
  • Hands-on experience in pen testing, security testing, vulnerability assessments, ...
  • Min. 2 years experience in people management
  • Experienced in pen-testing
  • A strong understanding of the (Ethical) Hacker culture
  • Attention to detail, analytical and problem-solving capabilities
  • Able to independently find solutions to both technical and non-technical problems with no apparent answer (aggressive googling, stack overflow, etc).
  • Flexible working hours, willing to take part in a 24x7 support organization
  • Positive service-oriented personality
  • Proven technology skills
    • Proficient with Mac, Windows, Linux
    • OWASP top 10 knowledge
    • Web application security knowledge
    • Mobile application security knowledge
