Job description

At Intigriti, our online platform is at the heart of our business. We aim to guarantee premium quality, robustness, secure and a user-centred approach in anything we do. As our UX/UI designer, you will help us craft our next stage of evolution. You will directly impact our brand expression and how we are seen by our researcher community, customers, & prospects.

As our storyteller through design, you are comfortable in every stage of the UX process - from running discovery workshops, wireframing and prototyping all the way through to delivering amazing high-fidelity designs. To be successful, you will be working closely with our internal teams to understand user feedback and what successful outcomes look like for Intigriti.

You’ll champion simplicity over complexity and are skilled in translating business complexity into intuitive user interfaces. You’ll work well with senior stakeholders prepared to demonstrate your designs and with product specialists and developers to ensure that your ideas are realised.

Key Responsibilities as a UX/UI Designer

  • Be the voice of UX design in project teams, explaining your rationale to analysts, UX lead, developers and product managers.
  • Contribute expertise and collaborate with other members of the team to get to the heart of what our users need
  • Create sketches, concepts, user journeys, wireframes and navigational prototypes to showcase ideas
  • Collaborate and support on requirements employing relevant design and research methods and techniques to ensure a compelling design
  • Lead the delivery of user requirements, personas, domain models, ontologies and functional specifications to ensure the design comes to life and is ready for the platforms future evolution
  • Engage the wider team and key stakeholders in the user-centred design process, ensuring that user research is at the heart of design decision making
  • Work with people across other teams to make sure we’re making the most of the platform development and ensure consistency in the user experience.
  • Initiate design assigned work and prioritise own workload
  • Proactively guerrilla test concepts to ensure our users are integral to the design process
  • Help organise formal and informal user research and proactively try out ideas and designs with people to make sure we’re meeting real user needs
  • Investigate new research or design methodologies and ensure the team are kept up to date with advances within the user experience field
